the Potsdam-based Ensemble Sonor vocalis warmly invites you to its concerts in May!
Since its foundation in 2006, the 15-member ensemble has devoted itself to sacred and secular choral music as well as instrumental works from the 17th and 18th centuries. The singers, who come from all over Germany, meet once or twice a year to rehearse challenging programmes featuring works by Scheidt, Hammerschmidt, Franck and other Baroque composers. They are particularly keen to enrich the cultural life of churches and communities in rural areas.
